Dr John O’Rourke completed his Radiology training at St Vincents’ and Westmead Hospitals in Sydney and in 2005 completed a one year Fellowship in Body Imaging and MRI at St Michael’s Hospital, University of Toronto, Canada. He has worked at St Vincent’s General and Private Hospitals and was the Clinical Director at the Westmead practice of a large corporate radiology group. In 2001 with tertiary cardiologists, he co- founded HeartScan Institute, a dedicated facility to teach local and international specialists in advanced coronary artery CT imaging. In 2002, Dr O’Rourke established Medscan Merrylands and HeartScan Australia. In conjunction with Westmead Hospital and local cardiologists, Medscan and HeartScan Australia has established itself as the premier provider of high level cardiac imaging including CTCA, echocardiography and cardiac MRI imaging. Our team is one of the largest providers of CTCA imaging in Australia and a leader in cardiac MRI reporting.
Dr Ankur Srivastava completed his radiology training at Liverpool hospital and is a fellowship-trained musculoskeletal radiologist from the University of Western Ontario affiliated St Joseph's Hospital, London, Ontario, Canada. His interests include sports medicine, orthopedic oncology and joint replacements. He was involved in research into rheumatological disorders including inflammatory arthritides. He also has extensive experience in body radiology, breast radiology and interventional radiology including spinal and musculoskeletal injections.
